June 17, 1933 The Kansas City Massacre at Union Station
Counting Frank Nash, five men died at the Kansas City Massacre. Vern Miller was identified as one of the Machine gunners, and the other two shooters were said to have been two brothers Homer and Maurice Denning.

The FBI couldn't solve the Union Station Massacre so they hung the crime on Pretty Boy Floyd
Charley Floyd was an innocent victim of the Kansas City Union Station Massacre and would pay for the crime in blood even though he wasn't even involved. Director J. Edgar Hoover knew Floyd wasn't involved, but he needed someone to pin the crime on to help put the all ready deteriorating FBI on the map.

May 23, 1934 Dillinger's girlfriend, Billie Frechette found guilty
Billie Frechette was convicted and sentenced to two years on the very same day that Bonnie & Clyde were shot to death in a hail of bullets. John Dillinger was doing everything he could to financially help her to win back her freedom.
August 23, 1934 St. Paul, Homer Van Meter shot to death
Van Meter had the word "Hope" tattooed on his arm, but hope had run out a long time ago for Dillinger's good friend and last outlaw companion. He was shot 27 times in the back as he made a break for a nearby alley.

July 22, 1934 John Dillinger is shot to death in Chicago
When Dillinger was killed the circus began. People came out of the woodwork. 10,000 stood in long lines in the hot smothering Chicago heat to get a glimse of the infamous outlaw. Men dipped hankerchiefs in his blood, while women ripped off pieces of their skirts and dipped the material in his blood. Dillinger was dead at age 31. He was the most celebrated criminal of his time. It was the end of an era.
November 27, 1934 Baby Face Nelson killed after a gun battle with federal agents
This shootout between Baby Face Nelson and two federal agents was said to be the FBI's bloodiest in history from the nineteen thirties to the present. Nelson was the third man ever to become "Public Enemy Number One" by the FBI. He would turn the tables on his Pursuers and teach them the true meaning of fear.

"Machine Gun" Jack McGurn
Capone triggerman, He was a suspected shooter of the St. Valentine's Day Massacre. He would be killed on the seventh Aniversity of the Massacre.
Dutch Schultz lies on his death bed mortally wounded.
Arthur Flegenheimer was better known as "The Dutchman," or Dutch Schultz. The hot tempered Dutchman was mortally wounded and three of his Henchmen were shot to death at The Palace Chophouse in Newark, New Jersey on October 23, 1935. Although newspapers claimed that five of his pals were killed, it was actually three.

"The Getaway Car" found on a lonely Chicago Street was used by John Dillinger during his escape from  the "So called escape-proof" Crown Point Jail. The car belonged to Sheriff Lillian Holley. After Dillinger tamed several guards and trustees he took off with the only master set of keys. Welding  torches had to be used to free guards from the jailhouse. Next Crown Point officials called in the wrong license plate numbers with shoot to kill orders almost suceeding in the killing of an innocent family. There is further  indication that Dillinger may have cleverly parked the car on the Indiana side of the border and the FBI porposely moved it into Chicago, making it a federal offense by crossing state lines and therefore putting the FBI on the case.
